Perhaps John Bolton can fix what Kofi won't...
After reading this article, The Creation, Fall, Rise, and Fall of the United Nations, I am very much on-board with John Bolton and his approach to the U.S.'s involvement in the UN. Considering that this was written in 1997, Bolton's insight and foresight are impressive. Most of all, I feel that his clear vision and understanding of "how things work with the UN" are just what the US needs right now.
Not only does this paper give us a glimpse into John Bolton's views on the UN, he gives a great overview of UN history from the "biased" American point of view. In light of recent developments in "UNScam" (see more of Roger L. Simon's investigation to see what the MSM seems to be missing) these days, his direction is more important than ever.
Read it all.

Update: Unfortunately, the Bolton nomination for UN ambassador is currently in jeopardy. Still believe he's the best man for the job. See Michelle Malkin for a good round-up on what's going on.
